Privacy
Let's Talk AI is organized by Mihai Cvasnievschi, in Bucharest. In short: we only know what Luma and Meetup show us about your sign-up, we use it only for the edition you're coming to, and it all stays with us.
What data we have
You sign up on Luma or Meetup, and this site takes you there. They ask for your name and email address and may ask for other details, for example your LinkedIn profile. We see what you filled in when you signed up for that edition. Luma's and Meetup's own rules about your data are on their sites.
What we do with it
We write to you about the edition you signed up for: confirmation, reminder, changes. If you chose to follow the calendar or the group, you also hear about the next editions. You can opt out at any time, directly in Luma or Meetup.
What we promise you
Your data stays with us, for Let's Talk AI editions only. How many people sign up or come stays between us too.
This site
The site is as simple as it gets: everything you see loads from here, with no cookies, forms or analytics. It's hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the service secure.
Links to Luma, Meetup, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Google Maps take you to their sites, under their rules.
Photos and video
At some editions we take photos and a little video, and we say so at the door. Want us to take down a published photo or clip you're in? Write to us and we'll remove it within 30 days at most.
